Easy, went in to talk with manager at a table. Asked about previous experience and some what if scenarios. We started to complete paperwork and they told me we would be in touch of next steps.

Previous experience and how I would handle upset customers.
There are 2 or 3 steps to the interview. Step one is easy, they just meet with you and tell you about the position. Step 2 is them asking you to review the menu, and then- you tell them about it - based on location: you will then be hired, or have one more interview with a local manager.
