HR wasn’t really interested in learning about me. Oddly, they asked the questions that were prescribed and then signed off. Seemed as though they didn’t care to ask real questions to get to know me.

Very easy and seemless. Met with the hiring manager, community manager and the director of leasing. They answered all of my questions as a interviee and truly took the time to understand my previous positions.
