Applied over email and was very quickly called in for an interview. Interviewed directly at the call centre. The whole interview lasted maybe 10 minutes. They ask you typical interview questions about yourself and also a few questions to see if you have the ability to be persuasive and confident on the phones.

It was not necessarily an interview, but a group workshop type of interview. We introduced ourselves and interest in the job, and then were briefed about the job. We then filled out a sheet of paper asking questions about the job.

Simple, easy 20 minute interview with practice call at the university's call center with the manager. Asked about how I take rejection, what I like about the university, etc.. Other students were calling during the interview
