Colloquio
If you have previously worked for RuffaloCODY as a caller or supervisor then the process is alot easier. You still go through the same process as other candidates, but you are more familiar with the program and how it works. The interview process start by phone with the HR person. If you pass the first round, you are give various locations to choose from. You then speak with the Senior Manager that oversees that location. Finally you will meet with the client at that location.
A couple of rounds of interviews, straight forward and no challenging questions. They did have you analyze Phonathon numbers and interpret them to create a fake strategy. This was a little harder but if you know Phonathon, not difficult.

Colloquio
Three part phone interview, all about one hour duration each. Each interview was with separate employees. I felt that there was a great deal of communication that allowed me to understand which point I was at in the process and when I could expect to move forward or hear back.
