It was all done through a third party which made for quite basic questions during the early stages of the process. The final stage was in their office consisting of two interviews.

The first stage was a record yourself video interview. The second stage was a telephone interview with the third party recruiters, Sanctuary graduates. The final stage was an assessment centre.
