Out typical interview process is a 10-30 minute phone screen to find out more about a candidate's background, skillset, personality, career goals, etc. We then either set an in-person interview there or tell the candidate we'll potentially reach back out to schedule an in-person / in-office interview. Sounds like this candidate received the latter message and we chose not to move forward with an in-person interview. We certainly wish them nothing but the best going forward!
