First interview was with a plant manager over Google meets. Very casual and laid back conversation style. Went over you as individual and background then moved on to job experience and afterwards to specific functions that you’ve done on the job that relate to the job description.

Consists of three separate processes including an initial phone screening, a manager interview, and an onsite panel interview. During the panel interview you will tour the plant and interview with several of the managers that are onsite where they will ask you various situational based questions on previous work experience.
