Fairly typical interview. A mix of question and answer and then at the end we looked at a leet code problem. Friendly environment and they try to assess your technical abilities as well as ensure cultural fit.

Did a 3 hour take home task and only heard back two weeks later after several chaser emails to confirm they even received it. Was given bland feedback that didn't make sense and I imagine I will wait forever for more useful feedback.

1) Intro call, 2) home task to build minimal app. Good conversation but notable delay between receiving rejection email and Runna following up with simple requested feedback (10 or so weeks), which I found a shame and quite unbecoming.
