Multiple parts to the interview. First there was an initial screening, second an in depth dialog, and lastly a follow up which seemed like when a decision was made. I was interviewed by multiple people which I thought was good because I got to meet several people in the office during the process.

I came in 15 minutes early, Runnit welcomed me immediately! Super friendly, huge family dynamic. I thought i was already part of the company before the interview, By far the best interview I've ever been too. The CEO Ben was the most down to earth humble guy, you could tell he is always wanting the best for all his employees!
