Scheduled appointment was re-scheduled by interviewer because of a meeting. Supervisor was 15 minutes late to interview and very unorganized. I was asked a series of questions from a list that I received during the interview and asked some of my own. One of my questions, in which I never received a clear answer, was what the department hoped to accomplish and how I could help achieve them. During the interview, informed there would be a skills test which consisted of perusing two reports for errors and drafting e-mails listing errors. Instructions were vague. Was then asked to create a spreadsheet and print reports after filters were applied. At the end of the interview, supervisor claimed she was late for a meeting and hurried off. Time management did not seem to be the supervisor's forte.
