First there was a casual meeting for drinks with several team members. Then, about a week later, I was called and asked if I wanted to come in for an interview -- this was a day spent being interviewed by several senior team members, including the MD (Tim Tobin) and CEO (Leo Russell). Then a few days later I was extended an offer.
