Pre interview operational meeting online was really helpful to understand the structure, expectations and pay before going to the formal interview. Formal interview in London- right near Liverpool Street station. Genuinely the Nicest interview that I’ve ever had. Really supportive and friendly. Good information given about the expectations of the role. The interview is fairly easy if you’re passionate about phonics and know the RWI programme.

This was the nicest interview I have ever attended. It was over zoom and the 2 interviewers did everything they could to put me at ease and help me feel confident. We started off with the prepared interview question which eased you in. They made every effort to make the whole thing as relaxed as it could be.
