Intimidating at first, lots of management-related questions. 7 person panel! I was there for 1 hour 15 minutes. Questions are back to back where at times, I had to take a minute to think about questions relating to my job over a decade ago.

How would you go about disciplining an employee that repeatedly commits misconduct?
We are really trying to work on the whole recruiting process. It shouldn't take 2+ weeks. Sorry about that. We're on it. Also, relevant questions are essential. We want candidates to feel comfortable during the process and as such, questions making you reach back to over a decade ago should be a thing of the past. Hope you are in a good place now.
