incredibly long. it felt like I was applying for a government job - which is very strange because the founder of the company claims to dislike waste and bureaucracy. it really threw me off.

there were a lot of forms and salary disclosure. they also asked for a complete list of my clients at my current job and how many of my current clients I could bring over. this made me uncomfortable and showed it was not someplace i was interested in working.

Great interview process. Great communication. Quick to follow up. Very nice staff to work with. Made me feel at home right away. Very straight forward interview process. I haven't finished the interview process so far. But so far so good.
