Applied on 10th October. 3 days later Offered assessment for 8th November at STN. Around 70 people attended. Around 6 people turned up late 15 mins late but the recruiter was not too bothered. We were asked to bring a full body photo. If you could not then they are able to take it for you there. We had to complete a simple English exam. 10 multiple choice questions which were really easy. There are 2 different papers A&B. These were given out so you will not have the same as the candidate sitting next to you. You had to write an announcement. Paper A: Write an announcement about a new meal deal for €5 sandwich, drink, chocolate bar Paper B: Write an announcement about selling tickets to a new waterpark We would then had a break while these were marked. There were only 2 recruiters so this took a while. We were called back and 7 people were called to one side and told they failed the test. After this we had a presentation about Ryanair then interviews. The interviews were more like informal chats and lasted about 4 minutes each. If you get an interview be prepared to wait. Mine was 5 hours after they started interviewing. You are giving an approx time which is way off. If offered the job you would have to train for 6 weeks outside of the UK then move straight to your new base from training. Flights, uniform and training is provided. You must provide your own accommodation even during training. A daily allowance is paid weekly during training. I can’t remember how much this. It isn’t much. You will not get to choose a base however British citizens are more more likely to be based in UK if any positions are available. However this is unlikely. I received no offer.

Very quick interview of around 6 minutes. Asked about my experiences and how I could contribute to the company, if I had any visible tattoos, if I had a velid visa or EU passport..
