It is was normal interviw and my first interview for job ever. Actually they have to find the best fit for each role, and help you hire employees who can drive innovation, productivity, customer satisfaction and profits. Determine test objectives, e.g. personality, values, skills, etc. and decide how candidates will be moved forward or eliminated based on the results.By meeting with a variety of people, candidates get a comprehensive picture of the culture and the job itself, and team members get a strong sense of the contribution the job seeker will make as an employee. They gave a test first, thenasked some question from test, also the introduction and my educationi was inquired. They were very friendly and encouraging during the process. The interview process typically includes the following steps: writing a job description, posting a job, scheduling interviews, conducting preliminary interviews, conducting in-person interviews.

Everyone is very accommodating. The interview itself is a very good experience. However, I had the job offer but didnt respond back after 2 weeks and told me that the account was already closed. So I don't know what really happened
