Después de enviar mi CV me enviaron un link para hacer un examen de inglés con preguntas de gramática y una breve redacción. Tras pasar esa parte tuve una entrevista online en la que me hicieron preguntas típicas como porque Cabin Crew y porque Ryanair aparte de preguntas personales.

Easy and smooth, the recruiter was really nice and I had to do an English test before it started. I got asked about tattoos, my abilities to swim and piercings. Make sure you are dressed smart

They send me an email with links to an english test and another test with situations that might happen during the flight and before it and after passing both tests I had an online interview.
