Upon arrival dress code was requested.Short sleeves, skirt and hair done. Group was first called to the room. Introduced to the company, salaries and expectations. After that everyone did an englosh exam and also a text about selling a product to the public. I was then sent out of the room toguether with the rest of the group and then cuts starting happening. The people that didn't pass were sent home and the rest proceded. Second time called up, intervied one by one on a 1:1 interview. I was requested to speak about myself and my own experience work and life wise. After everyone was interviewed we were informed who passed and who failed. I passed and two months later I was sent to germany to be trained in the course.

Il luogo del recruting day era un hotel. Dovevamo compilare un CV cabincrew e avere una nostra foto intera. La giornata è iniziata con una presentazione della compagnia. A seguire un esercizio in gruppo per valutare l'attitudine alla collaborazione e al confronto. Infine un colloquio individuale.
