First they sent me an assessment which I completed and they kept sending the same assessments every day even after completing it. After writing to them that I've completed it. They invited me to assessment centre day in office. During the assessment centre day they told me they didn't have my name in participants even though they invited me themseleves through email. After showing them the email they sent me, they agreed. But from the start they had very discriminatory attitude towards me while they were happily talking with other people who didn't have a different skin color like me. Later they started a group assessment where I was the only one able to solve it in the best way which they acknowledged it as well. After that there was an individual interview in which I answered everything well however their attitude with me was completely different and discriminatory as compared to other people. I was being neglected throughout the whole process and seen with bad eyes. I can't believe such a big Airline group can have such racist approach towards hiring people.
