Very standard interview process. Initial phone screen with the recruiter, interview with the hiring manager, then had the final interview with a director (this was the only video interview). I had a great experience with them, my skills and interests lined up well, and I was excited about the role and growth opportunities. I was told that the process would take 2-4 weeks. My interviews were finished within 3 weeks, and that was 2 months ago. I didn't expect a company to ghost me after a final round interview. I followed up with HR and received no response, and followed up with the hiring manager. She was great and said they'd reach out soon...But didn't. I remain in "Interview" status, but haven't talked to anyone in two months. It was a strange ending to a good experience.
