It lasted about 20 mins, the original guy who gave the interview was a perv. When i started on my hiring date the original guy was fired. But i put in an app then a recruiter called me and i had 2 interviews with 2 perverts.

Not much of a formal interview process. The initial interview varies heavily between the branch managers. During my interview it was mostly personality based questions, and if I would be comfortable working in an environment with stereotypical blue-collar attitude men. A secondary phone interview is conducted by the upper management, followed by a thorough background check.
