Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Rydoo (Varsavia, Masovia) nel mese di apr 2020
Colloquio
First I was interviewed by a developer. Even though we did not agree on coding style and few other topics the questions he asked were great and on point. I remember being asked about TDD and other stuff that is actually used on a daily basis.
Then I had a second technical interview with another developer. Then actually this guy comes in late to the meeting and says "well I didn't have time to see your CV so can you tell me about your experience" then he also starts asking questions unrelated to my experience and I believe unrelated to the daily developer work.
It felt more like he was asking questions to show me that I am some sort of stupid. A stark contrast between the first interviewer who was really respectful and was asking questions related to my experience.
