Colloquio per Administrative Support : first shift

      Candidatura

Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 3 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Ryerson (Centralia, WA) nel mese di mar 2023

      Colloquio

I had received a cal from their hiring recruiter rep and was asked a few questions and then she forwarded my information to the hiring manager . To which I then had an interview on March 27th, 2023 in Centralia , Wa . Two people were interviewing me . The interview itself went well and I was only asked two questions . To tell them about my work history and If I had SAP experience . Which I do. Besides that, they didn’t really ask much and it seemed like I asked more questions (3-4) at the end. They even made it clear that they would get back to candidates regardless to offer the job or not . Which I thought was a nice courtesy thing to do BUT they had lied about. Since it is now May 5th, 2023 and I have yet to hear back. Which I know at this point there’s no offer . The hiring manager said he’d get back to me by the end of the week from March 27th or beginning of the following week. I even called the hiring manager twice and left a voicemail the first time . Then I called the hiring recruiter rep twice and left a V-Mail and neither ever answered their phones nor called back . It’s one thing to never call back a candidate you just interviewed and just leave them hanging , but it’s another to say something about reaching out to them and then not stick to your word. Maybe they weren’t really hiring , who knows , but stop wasting peoples time and gas that could be spent with a Company that actually reaches back out . * after reading others comments , it seems to be a thing that this company does regularly to candidates . It’s very unprofessional and it doesn’t make the company look good for when they’re actually serious about their hiring process **
