I was reached out by a recruiter, she missed the first interview. Rescheduled again and it lasted 2 minutes with 2 basic questions. I assumed I would have another interview with the hiring manager and learn more about the job but I didn't. They just sent over a contingent offer that was okay but not worth having to commute super far.
