Interview was done over zoom, they asked basic interview questions. The entire interview maybe took 30 to 35 min. Management seemed friendly. Your on camera, management is on camera. Before interview you have an assessment and to make sure your internet speed is good enough to work from home. And you have your own equipment. Then if you get hired they place you in a class.

First you send a cv and it will be reviewed, then if it passes to next level there is 1 round interview with a roleplay as a technical support agent.
