It was an intensive but positive interview experience. Two managers and one principle engineer were in the interview group and kept asking questions and expected the answers with great details. I didn't get one question and asked to pardon me. They kindly explained more details and background to me. The interview lasted one hour. A week after I was called to go to the next phase (background check, medical check, etc.)

Three types of questions: behavioral questions that use STAR to answer. However, the hard one is that they kept asking following up questions according to your answers. Technical questions where they ask your capacity and what kind of works you can deliver. The hard one is they told you the state-of-the-art technology that SA Water using and asked you the potential benefits and understanding to the technology.
