Disorganized and sloppy interview process with little-to-no human input in the process. Despite using Jobvite to their their on-boarding, they still had me fill out a 5 page employment application by hand. Interviews on-site were highly unprofessional. They insisted I bring a laptop for a technical assessment, then said I wouldn't be needing it once I was there. They didn't maintain eye contact and were constantly and unapologetically answering text messages throughout. In addition, random people repeatedly barged into the conference room until finally the interview was cut short to accommodate a meeting. A week later, with no contact before then whatsoever, I received a form letter stating that they had no open positions, and providing no feedback at all.
