First, I had an initial phone screening with the hiring manager, during which a face-to-face Zoom meeting was scheduled. I then had the face-to-face Zoom meeting with two employees (the hiring manager and their direct supervisor). The last step was a final call with the owner and CEO, which was more of a quick chat "final check-off", not a formal interview.
