very easy process. talked to the manager, HR, and did a team interview. took about 3 weeks. panel interview lasted an hour and was more of a conversation rather than question and answer based.
Initial call with recruiter before interviewing with PMs. Had additional interview with the client after the PM interview. Standard behavioral and situational questions. Then ran through my resume and relevant work experience before discussing the day-to-day of the job.

Tell us about your experience briefing to government senior leaders?
It was pretty straight-forward. We went to an off-site conference. We discussed the role, responsibilities, strengths/weaknesses, opportunities for growth. I interviewed with two people. Overall, it was a pretty relaxed affair.
