Colloquio
Working in the industry for over a decade, I found SAIC’s process to be standard with a surprisingly rude ending. An abrupt, automated email concluded their offer negotiation (or lack of). It was an automated email like any other rejection email you’d receive after an initial application, not one you’d get after interviews and an offer. A counteroffer, even if rejected, deserves a phone call or at least email from the recruiter - not an automated system that doesn’t acknowledge the time you’ve invested.

Colloquio
The interview was helpful. It was a group interview with several other engineers. They asked me about my technical background and specifically working with groups and if I had to brief any projects to the customer. Overall it was informative.
Domande di colloquio [1]
Domanda 1
To explain my experience on a previous project where I had to recommend a solution that included multiple options and brief that to the customer.
2 rounds of interview will be held to get the job in first round they will ask normal questions but in second level difficulty is high. Based on that one we need to prepare from basic to advance it's better to prepare advanced topics also

Two interviews there was nothing technical in either interview. They just wanted to know about my background, why I applied, and where I wanted to take my career The second interview seemed as if it was only for formality since in the first interview they seemed very eager to hire me.
