I went into the screening interview expecting to get more information on the role, the company, benefits, expectations, etc. Little to nothing was offered on this until I asked at the end of the interview. And even then, it was talked around and not clearly communicated. The screener jumped right into very difficult behavioral questions and kept them coming one right after the next. I would expect this from the hiring manager, not the screener. The screener did not make the company or the position enticing at all. It was very intense.
