I applied online and received phone interview one month later. The overall interview wasn't very difficult. But after that phone interview, I didn't receive any reply from the company. Maybe I failed in that interview. I'm really unhappy that they don't tell me the interview result, cuz they will even send you one email if your resume isn't good fit for the position.
