First, they asked for a Video. and then there was an outing (Safari trip) with 5 candidates and 3 from SAP 2 from HR and 1 from the presales team.
the final interview was a full day interview (presentation with the candidates)

telephonic interview and then video interview followed by final technical round. Human Resources round is only telephonic first round to scan the candidate profile. Applied via Linked in and SAP home page
