Senior information developers made a presentation to the college where I was studying, post-which they invited us to send in our resumes. Three weeks later, I received a call to appear for an interview with a senior information developer and a Knowledge manager. There was also a video interview with a manager from Germany, as the role involved working across locations. The same day, there was also a written test on English proficiency and Technical Writing: questions on grammar, technical standards etc. We also write technical documentation based on screenshots provided in the test. I received confirmation that I was selected after a week or so.
