Had a phone interview with another SAP consultant. It was fairly easy, asked me general interview questions. Lasted 30 minutes or so. Had an in person interview a few weeks later at their headquarters in PA. This was with 2 people, one with whom would be my manager. Interview went smoothly with no real hard questions asked. Got the offer a few days later.
