First two phone calls are all behavioral . Then the next interview is technical over a document sharing website for coding. The behavioral part was pretty easy. But, I feel as though I was not prepared enough for the technical part. Review sample codes on leetcode and other programming sites.

Online Assessment - LeetCode style question, personality test, and some random IQ games
Screening - 30 minutes, generic behavioral questions
Technical - 1 hour, I got two easy LeetCode questions and a medium
Program fit - 30 minutes, generic behavioral questions
Had a poor experience with the program fit round. The interviewer showed up 10 minutes late. They weren't really interested in my responses, and gave me one word responses with a bored expression. Got rejected a week later.

I interviewed for SAP SVNT's Program as a UX Designer. SAP follows the usual interview process. Be prepared to talk about your experience and show your interest. I got waitlisted which I didn't know was a thing.

Online assessment for track. Interview with designer, then interview with head of the program. I did the UX Design track. Had to walk through my portfolio with the designer and behavioral questions with the head of the program. Got waitlisted.
