1 RH interview and then a very long and stressful technical writer test. The Rh Interview was just regular RH questions, like “Why do you want to work at SAP?” and other questions about your CV.

I applied for the position via the SAP website and was contacted shortly after by their AI assistant to select an online interview time. I chose an afternoon time slot. I rate the interview as "Difficult" as there wasn't an interview, and the HR person who contacted me had been put in a bad spot by their supervisor. About an hour before the scheduled interview time, the HR person called me and very apologetically told me that their supervisor had interviewed someone that morning, offered them the job on the spot, and then told the HR person to cancel any remaining interviews. Given the tone of the HR person in the call, I think they were sincerely upset by the situation and would rather have done the interview as scheduled.

The interview for the Technical Writer role was professional and engaging. The interviewer assessed my writing skills, attention to detail, and ability to simplify complex concepts. We discussed documentation processes, collaboration, and industry tools.
