Interview was scheduled for me. However due to some emergency i was not able to join the call. So i asked HR Team to reschedule it, but they said they can not reschedule it.
My interview process was good and good coordination I understand why. The team is mostly remote so they are hiring for people that not only have the aptitude and enthusiasm to do well, but also the understanding and discipline to self-motivate/educate.
