Then, an on-site interview where you need to answer support questions and what to do when you don't know the answer and clients wants answers. After that, you get an interview with a manager that asks you general questions like behavioral ones.

Two tests before the first interview and after that just one other interview with the team manager to know your strenghts and your knowledge at the support area, In my opinion it is a great interview process
