There will be lot of grueling process for interview. 2-3 technical rounds + Manager + VP Round.
Very selective people get through. A person should be active during interviews will be helpful & really adds value.

Variety of questions will be asked, candidate should be good in analysis & more stress given on practical observation. Test scenarios will be asked then DB related questions.Then from architecture level and web tech questions.
