Phone Interview screening process- basic details of years of experience, salary requirements, possible start date, etc.
Hiring Manager Interview- Very friendly manager. Spoke about my previous experience in HR, and any additional activities I had. He was interested in candidates that did good in their studies.
Senior Management Interview- Was mainly a confirmation of my ability to speak Spanish. Also very friendly person.

The process is based on culture and capability, as the company is dynamic and often undergoes changes which some people might find stressful. You have to be open minded and have a passion in a fast paced but rewarding environment. Usually 2-3 rounds, expect to be challenged on motivation as well as soft and hard skills.

El proceso de selección duró un mes, en el cual tuve 4 entrevistas. Las entrevistas fueron en inglés y portugués. Lo negativo fue que no me dijeron el sueldo a cobrar hasta la última entrevista.
