Sehr freundliche Atmosphäre. Zum Einstieg wurde neben dem üblichen Smalltalk die Möglichkeit geboten, in eigenen Worten den bisherigen Berufs- und Ausbildungsweg zu beschreiben. Anschließend gab es ein Matching auf die ausgeschriebene Stelle. Das Gespräch ähnelte mehr einem Kennenlernen als einem klassischen Bewerbungsgespräch.

It was very detailed and they focused more on the past experience. Technical round was easy, the focused on the fundamentals of React and UI/UX workflows, what tools can be used to document the process.
