The application process was as follows: >A personality test when submitting CV, Cover Letter and other details > Pre-screen phone conversation > 30-minute behavioural interview > Assessment centre where 1) I generated a product idea together with a team and present it afterwards. 2) Had another 30-minute interview, mainly focused on asking my prospective managers any questions myself All of this was virtual over the span of a little more than a month.

A senior employee and a current placement year student interviewed me. It felt fairly casual however in my feedback call they told me I performed very well in the interview although I needed to be more formal. Try be as formal as possible I would say, despite the interview appearing casual.
