Easy straight forward procedure with role play. Meetings with managers were business driven and fair. Besides role play, there were capacity tests that required some preparation and homework. Role play was about sales strategy and execution
HR Phone Screen → Four Rounds of Interviews, 45min each → Team Match, multiple coffee chats with team leads (it’s mostly luck at this stage, some will get an offer right away or wait months like me)
Sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Leute, alles richtig bewertet und völlig angemessen, alles schnell und unkompliziert, nichts überflüssiges, "direct to the point" Verhalten - alles sehr gut gelaufen, Arbeitgeber total zu empfehlen

Was little long but interesting. They asked many questions, and I hope I was able to address them appropriately. There were 3 interviewers, and each took their time to ask questions.
