Initially I've met the Consulting Manager in a professional event and after some introductions I handed my card and I mentioned the interest to join his organization.
He called me one month later and asked me if I want to go through the recruiteing process.
After that I went trough a serie of interviews, some technical, some note. At the end I received an offer to which I had to respond in 7 days. The interview, since only by phone, didn't allow me to get any idea about the people, culture, etc...
