Der Bewerbungsprozess war gut strukturiert und professionell. Das Interview verlief in einer angenehmen Atmosphäre, und die Fragen waren relevant und fair. Es gab Raum, um meine Erfahrungen und Fähigkeiten darzustellen, und die Interviewenden haben sich Zeit genommen, um meine Fragen zu beantworten. Ein Stern Abzug, da der Rückmeldungsprozess etwas länger gedauert hat als erwartet.

Erg lang en niet altijd duidelijke communicatie. Lastig om iemand telefonisch te bereiken of via de mail. Ik heb begrepen dat dit per team verschillend kan zijn in verband met de grootte van het bedrijf.
straightforward and objective. easy but directive questions. It took half an hour, as the first interview but I was declined. I will apply again but I am sure I will be declined again.
