There are 3 stages of interviews. 1st is with the team members which was a good experience. They were formal, quite strict, but nice. Got into the 2nd stage which was an interview with the managers, and it was very different. I don’t know if it has something to do with the difference in race, but I found one of the managers very rude and made you unconfident about yourself. I got the feeling that she only interrupts if she wants to mock you. I got to the 3rd stage but I decided to decline because I didn’t see myself wanting to work with such manager. It was a bummer because I really admired the company.
