I would describe my interview difficulty level 7.5 on scale of 10. There were a lot of practical problem solving questions - need not necessarily give the right answer. They mostly look for your logical reasoning and how you approach the same problem with different mindsets. And a lot more on behavioral aspects. Working together as a team is very important in SAS and your qualities should resonate to it.

It have long interview process for SAS Developer that can take 1 month:
1. After you submit your profile, they will to screening
2. Semi Technical on call interview: basic base sas questions: 30-45 Mins.
3. Full Technical on call interview: base SAS, advance SAS & macros, PROCs: 60-120 Mins.
=> question level was midium
4. Discussion with Department Head: will like to know why you want to join SAS, and what spacial you have done in your job so far, and if got opportunity will you got offer.
5. Discussion with HR: Note that round 4 is important to make impact to get more salary, HR will give you package details, be clear what you are expecting.
