the process is well structured and organized. I had two phone interviews with two members of the team that I would be working if I got hired. all the questions were behavioral questions. the process took around 3-4 weeks

The interview is totally application-based scenario questions, they look for a candidate who has worked on it and is technically sounded. If you are attending the interview try to be thorough on the subject otherwise it won't help to clear the interview.

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at SAVIC.
Screening test includes 60 min aptitude test followed by a 70 min test for English. The shortlisted candidates are then called for interview, which is all about the piece of paper in hand called resume.
