I applied online and got an email the next day requesting a phone interview. After scheduling the phone screen, they told me it would actually be a video interview via Google Hangouts. I was interviewed by an engineer who clearly did not even look at my resume before beginning. I am a firm believer in "you are interviewing the company just as much as they are interviewing you," and they failed my end of the interview.
